We are looking for a talented Operations Manager who will be a strategic partner to the Director of Operations at Flex. The Operations Manager will facilitate new process rollouts, identify operational challenges, and compile feedback from stakeholder teams to drive tangible improvements in business processes. In this role, you will work with various facets of the business (Customer Success, Product, Risk, etc.) to understand their challenges, help identify potential solutions, and drive for overall operational excellence, with the end goal of streamlining and automating internal processes. Finding solutions for these challenges will also play a critical role in driving and enabling growth across our business.

What you'll do:

• Work with a group of cross-functional business stakeholders to understand their goals and operational requirements
• Drive understanding and alignment on which projects teams should prioritize, and help set realistic timelines to reach goals quickly
• Project manage new operational initiatives with stakeholders across the business (executive, operations, product, and analytics)
• Help create new SOPs that document our processes, implement continuously better business and operational systems, and improve the way things run to help scale the company
• Improve processes to minimize complexities and optimize operations
• Conduct research and ad-hoc analysis to support operational goals and initiatives

Who you are:

• Proven experience in operations and/or strategy work, ideally in a high growth startup or tech-oriented environment
• 4+ years of relevant experience with process improvement, business planning and analysis, or project/program management
• Ability to work independently, lean into problems, proactively offer ideas and solutions, and meet deadlines in a fast-moving, results-driven environment 
• Experience using data to analyze performance and drive strategic decision making
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets 
• Track record of success building new operational processes
• Experience leading projects from conception to delivery
• Skilled at partnering with people at all levels of an organization
• Willingness to roll up your sleeves and fix problems in a hands-on manner when needed
• Experience SQL or BI Tools preferred, but not required
