We are in search of a jack (or jill) of all trades. We are looking for someone who has an intense willingness to help a small team doing big things grow. You’ll support the founders and operations team on multiple projects with grace. You'll be the first person everyone meets when they walk in the office. You're not afraid to roll your sleeves up and get sh*t done!

Office Management and Administrative

  • Provide project support to the Operations team
  • Provide general administrative support to the Operations team & CEO including filing, calendars, mailing etc.
  • Arrange travel for CEO & other team members when needed
  • Organize special events & culture related activities – all hands, board meetings, dinners, breakfasts and mixer events etc.
  • Managing inventories of all general office supplies, office food, equipment, hardware and services as needed
  • Assist in onboarding process for new hires
  • Tending to and addressing urgent office matters as they arise
  • Office reception
  • Manage office G&A budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting
  • Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering etc.
  • Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
  • Manage employee expense and variance reports

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proven experience as an Office manager, Front office manager or Administrative assistant
  • Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
  • Familiarity with G-suite, comfort with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Have a sense of humor!
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced fun environment!
  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
