Operations Manager
MISSION

In this role, you will lead, develop, and grow a high performing fulfillment operation into a force to be reckoned with. You will be tasked with auditing our current needs and identifying fresh innovative ways to prepare us for hypergrowth. This is an incredibly hands-on role where you will wear many hats to keep the swag supply chain running smoothly!
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead, grow and develop our team in order fulfillment, shipping & receiving, and inventory management; daily goal setting, providing tools for success
Lead the development and execution of programs, policies, and processes that will surpass company goals, revenue targets, and strategy
Measure, analyze, and develop roadmap to improve key performance metrics including Quality/Fulfillment Accuracy, Minutes Per Order (MPO), and Cost per Ship (CPS) to achieve customer experience, labor, and margin goals
Recognize improvement opportunities to maximize efficiencies and develop plans to execute on improvements
Ensure fulfillment center is properly staffed and has the resources to support capacity and growth
Assist with the development of new processes while providing insight and feedback to help move the company forward
Partner with Sales and the QA team to further develop and implement world class and scalable fulfillment standards, systems, and processes
Responsible for ensuring operational compliance measures including, workplace safety, and applicable federal, state and local regulations by maintaining the highest operational standards
REQUIREMENTS
Proven operations leadership skills; leading a team with a clear vision and strategy; results-oriented, a change catalyst, and a proven ability and desire to provide mentorship to team members
You’re ready to put your high volume operation experience, supply chain logistics expertise, and inventory management knowledge to the test
Comfortable pinpointing areas in current operations where effort and financial spend is justified with a measurable ROI
High degree of self accountability and awareness
Experience with International Shipping and logistics is a must
3-5 years of experience within warehouse management/ERP systems
In-depth knowledge of B2B e-commerce and fulfillment operations
Experience in process design/engineering with a sound understanding of design for fulfillment principles
Comprehensive understanding of TQM/process improvement methodologies
A strong decision maker, with demonstrated success of making timely and informed decisions that keep the organization moving forward

Work closely with HR and Other Leadership on developing and growing your team
Finding new ways to keep customer satisfaction high when shipments are delayed or running behind schedule
