As an Operations Principal, you will supervise daily operations while driving continuous improvement and growth of our service.

What You'll Do

• Supervise daily operations while driving continuous improvement and growth of our
  RideWithVia service.
• Develop and implement a detailed plan for Via’s expansion within New York
  including Driver Partner acquisition and retention and increasing operational
  capacity.
• Coordinate with Associates to ensure smooth operation of Via’s game-changing
  service.
• Devise and implement innovative operational strategies to source, onboard and
  manage Via Driver Partners in order to increase Via’s market share and ensure the
  Driver Partners are satisfied with their partnership with Via.
• Oversee complex fleet-management logistics, utilizing Via’s proprietary technology
  tools including analyzing big data derived from the RideWithVia app.
• Tirelessly work to scale operational processes and systems to drive rapid growth.
• Troubleshoot issues in real-time and overseeing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Who You Are

• Master’s Degree in Business Administration plus 1 year experience in the job offered or
  Growth Principal or closely related occupation including experience in working with Via’s
  various technology tools, including Via experiments tools, Via analytics tools and Via driver
  database, Via driver acquisition product and Via driver communications tools. Email resume
