But error rates are shockingly high: one recent study showed that a single patient sent for ten MRIs received ten different diagnoses. To eliminate those misdiagnoses, we not only identify the best doctors, but also help doctors improve. We’re raising the standard of care, lowering costs, and helping millions of patients across the country recover and lead a healthy life.

Our first product, the nationwide Radiology Centers of Excellence (CoE) program, leverages advanced data science and artificial intelligence to ensure that patients receive an accurate diagnosis. We are already working with Walmart, Microsoft, and some of the largest healthcare payers in the country. And with a pipeline representing over 25% of insured Americans, we are in the early stages of transforming the practice of radiology and improving care for all patients across the globe.

In August 2021, we closed our $25M Series C financing round with Insight Partners, a leading global venture capital and private equity firm investing in high-growth companies driving transformative change in their industries.

About the role

We are looking for a Manager to join our Operations Solutions team-- a newly forming team at the forefront of change to our business. This team is at the intersection between product/strategy and operational execution, responsible for building operational processes to support strategic initiatives, new products, and new client implementations. This team has an eye for scale blended with a passion and drive to deliver quickly. In this role, you will collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders (including Operations, Product, Engineering, Data Science and AI.) to define and implement end-to-end business solutions.


You will be expected to:

  • Partner with Covera’s product owners and leadership team to scope company initiatives impacting Operations, creating scope documents and impact assessments to inform prioritization and roadmaps
  • Identify, evaluate, and make recommendations on solution options to enable Operations to scale and meet the needs of evolving product and business strategy
  • Break down solution options into MVP and longer-term, with a clear understanding of how the two bridge together; build MVP acceptance criteria 
  • Define and document business requirements, end-to-end solution workflow diagrams, and reporting requirements for new processes and/or product implementations (in collaboration with diverse sets of stakeholders)
  • Develop implementation plans and roadmaps, including prioritization of day 1 processes vs. near- and long-term enhancements 
  • Facilitate user experience, evaluation, testing and transition of processes to Operations users
  • Develop a detailed understanding of our operational processes, data and supporting systems
  • Build and manage a team that can execute against these objectives, as necessary

Requirements

  • BA or BS required, concentration in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering or related field preferred
  • 3 - 5+ years experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally in an entrepreneurial or consulting setting
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with an ability to think strategically while also maintaining strong attention to detail
  • Technical ability to understand software and integrations with operations, discuss technical roadmaps, and engage with technical resources; product management experience a plus
  • Experience with business requirements, solution design, and process flow definition
  • Ability to effectively communicate detailed information with stakeholders and collaborate to jointly solve problems and drive progress
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple initiatives and meet deadlines
  • Comfort working with, analyzing, and interpreting insights from data
  • Demonstrated comfort level with ambiguity and change 
  • SQL and Python experience a plus
