About the Team:
The Marketplace Integrity (“MI”) team’s mission is to ensure that TpT is trusted by educators as a safe and secure place to share and discover high quality resources. We do this by setting and enforcing clear and fair policies that protect our users and protect the rights of content creators. As a member of our Marketplace Integrity team, you will preserve and protect our marketplace and community with objective policy enforcement, thoughtful community support and education, and implementation of systems designed to swiftly and proactively address risks to our brand and community.
Role:
As the Operations Specialist on the Marketplace Integrity (MI) team, you will partner with all members of the MI team to build better processes and manage key projects that help us meet our objectives. You will also be integral to maintaining core metrics across the team’s workstreams, helping to drive the team toward data-driven successes. Reporting into the Director of Marketplace Integrity, you will work closely with them and other team members to improve efficiencies across the department in order to increase output of all workstreams.
Responsibilities:
- Project manage key initiatives for the MI-team, coordinating with cross-functional teammates as needed
- Analyze, maintain and report on key team-wide metrics
- Manage the fraud workstream within the MI team
- Improve efficiencies across team by deep-diving into processes, suggesting, and implementing improvements

Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- BA/BS or relevant experience required
- Experience working with data tools (i.e., Tableau, Looker)
- Experience in working with data to create reports or dashboards in order to help a team reach goals
- Demonstrated analytical, strategic, and leadership capabilities with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Trust & Safety (or Marketplace Integrity) experience
Extra credit:
- Trust & Safety experience specifically within an online marketplace or content moderation
