Position Overview

Birchbox is looking for a Part Time Contract, Associate on the Operations team to help coordinate day-to-day operational needs for approximately 20 hours per week. 

Responsibilities

• Aiding in customer returns process
• Processing all customer backorders and Discovery Specialist logistics requests
• Managing outbound international, retail orders, and internal transfers
• Responsible for FEL Failure Corrections, reallocations, and reships

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively 

Additional

• You have a "Google it if you don't know it" work style
• You have strong time management and organizational skills 
• 1+ years of experience in operations, or other technical field is a plus
• SQL experience is a huge plus.
