Clyde is an end-to-end product protection platform that is re-thinking the way retailers increase loyalty and drive revenue, and the way customers manage their purchases. We are tackling the $50B per year extended warranty market and becoming the de facto solution in the space by leveraging an intense focus on product, design, and customer experience.

Clyde delivers product protection plans directly to consumers as they shop, owning the relationship from purchase to claim submission to resolution. We know that the relationship between retailers and their customers is far from over after checkout, so we’re building products to deliver value at every stage of this relationship.

The partner team at Clyde is dedicated to building a program culture centered around the education and enablement of our partners and this individual will be a key contributor to the mission and culture of our department. We are product-obsessed and seeking a charismatic individual that is equally passionate about Clyde’s mission and product, excited and eager to evangelize both within the ecommerce ecosystem.

Reporting to Clyde’s VP of Business Development and Partnerships, this individual will develop the training strategy and roadmap for our partners – including the creation of curriculums, learning tracks, materials, and collateral to educate Clyde’s partner network on its product, services, and value proposition. Beyond resource development, this role will also work closely with our agency partner team to assist with on-site trainings and host regular virtual sessions to reach the entire partner portfolio.

As Partner Enablement Manager, you will work cross-functionally with other departments to ensure our partner network is current with Clyde’s most up-to-date offerings. Working closely with Clyde’s revenue enablement lead, anticipate to assist with group training and individual coaching for Clyde’s commercial teams to ensure education and fluency in speaking about our partner network with current customers and prospects.
