We’re looking for creative thinkers to run sophisticated paid marketing campaigns for pre-launch startups and established companies.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Conduct thorough brand and website audits to understand our clients’ key value propositions, core products, and brand aesthetic, and identify opportunities to successfully help them stand out in the marketplace
  • Experience onboarding new clients, setting up advertising accounts, and working with the digital team to ensure pixels and event tracking are correctly implemented
  • Have a holistic understanding of our clients’ needs, what they think they need, and what they don’t know and should consider
  • Own and manage positive client relationships and media managers.
  • Act as a trusted day-to-day touch point with our clients regarding campaign information and how it aligns with their business goals
  • Brainstorm new ways to improve cost per acquisition and revenue numbers on Search advertising, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Amazon, and YouTube
  • Utilize analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, RJmetric, Mixpanel, etc. to develop insights and action items intended to increase our clients’ revenues month-to-month
  • Manage cohesive integration and collaboration of all departments involved in the project from Creative, Analytics, Project Management, and more
  • Analyze clients’ KPIs daily, and monitor campaigns to help account managers identify potential issues and/or opportunities to improve clients’ relationship
  • Anticipate campaign results based upon prior experience

Skills and qualities we look for:

  • 3+ years of client management experience within digital advertising agencies or advertising platforms
  • Advanced written and presentation communication skills
  • A proven understanding and expertise in global brand and marketing strategy, as well as the social/digital space handling at least 10 different clients during your past roles.
  • Strategic understanding of traditional, digital, and social-specific media planning & buying, along with the proper metrics of success and measurement opportunities
  • Background in developing roadmaps and management of ad technology set-up, integrations, and data feeds
  • Experience leading and managing growing teams
  • Proven ability to self manage and work with uncertainty
  • A passionate, relentless drive to succeed (and a nice person to work with!)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to hit delivery deadlines
  • Dog lover! (we have a few small dogs who work here part-time)
