What this role is about: 

As a Partner Success Associate, you will apply thought leadership, analytical skills, and business judgment to help successfully manage our relationships with our public safety partners. You will collaborate and explore with many Public Safety Software Partners in the attainment of their goals and objectives. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with members of the marketing, product, public safety, and engineering teams to provide an incredible partner experience. You’ll excel in this role if you are excited about wearing multiple hats at once, are self-motivated, being able to achieve successful outcomes, and thrive at building fruitful and long-lasting relationships.

What you’ll do: 

• Prioritize partners’ relationships, putting their satisfaction first.

• Support the Strategy & Partnerships team in order to manage and grow relationships with our partners.

• Work with partners to be a trusted advisor and liaison to the RapidSOS internal teams.

• Communicate closely with our partners to understand their evolving needs from a business and technical standpoint.

• Perform partner support tasks including adding users, and pulling reports.

What we’re looking for in our ideal candidate: 

• 2+ years experience in strategic partnerships, account management, or business development roles

• Highly self-motivated, strong work ethic and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Exceptional analytical skills

• High attention to detail with polished visual, written, and oral presentation skills - fluency in Excel and PowerPoint

• Bachelor's Degree

The budgeted range starts at $70,000- $100,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
