About the role

We’re looking for outgoing, reliable, organized, and detail-oriented theater lovers to join our Partnerships team in part-time roles. Partnerships Associates take on several valuable administrative tasks that are the backbone of our business at TodayTix: building shows in our database, setting up special ticketing programs, and other responsibilities that contribute to the day-to-day maintenance of our popular service across North American markets.

Please note this is a part-time position that will operate out of our Tribeca office in Manhattan. We are currently hiring an individual to work on Wednesday and Friday, 10AM - 6PM.

What you’ll do

  • Assist with the creation of show listings and access programs (mobile Rushes and digital Lotteries)
  • Handle weekly invoicing for North American regional markets
  • Maintain department calendars and files
  • Assist with show artwork resizing and the submission of creative requests to the TodayTix design team
  • Other administrative tasks as directed by Partnerships Managers

What we’re looking for

  • A love of detail and organization that’s as passionate as your love for theater - you nerd out about productions playing all over the country and are genuinely excited to contribute to their success
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and the basics of Photoshop
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Joy for working independently as much as on a team
  • Desire to work in a dynamic, fast-paced start-up and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done

What we offer

  • The rate of pay is $18/hour.
