People Operations Coordinator
Bubble enables thousands of businesses around the world to build software solutions without code. Our users use Bubble to build personal, side projects to VC-backed startups. We are often a critical part of our customers’ operations and are very proud to help businesses achieve success through better software.
We are looking for a talented full-time People Operations Coordinator to help us scale our team quickly over the next year. As the first dedicated People Ops hire, you’ll work closely with the Director of Operations to ensure a great experience for both our current team and potential recruits. While your main focus will be on recruiting operations, candidate experience, and employee onboarding, this is a great opportunity for someone eager to learn different components of Recruiting and People Operations at a fast-paced startup.
In particular, you will:
● Ensure our hiring process is smooth and efficient: coordinate interviews, communicate with candidates, and ensure no dropped balls
● Oversee employee onboarding, including employment verification
● Organize team events, from welcome lunches to celebrations
● Schedule reviews & check ins
● Manage our office: order critical supplies; ensure office is clean, organized, and laid out to optimize productivity
We’re looking for someone who’s proactive, driven, and energetic, and loves working with people. In particular, you’ll be successful if you:
● Are very organized and care about producing results
● Have strong emotional intelligence
● Have a clear and approachable communication style
● Exercise good judgement
● Have 1-2 years of professional experience in a fast-paced environment
