What You Will Do:

  • Support CLEAR’s Security Team in the design, deployment, and management of the Physical Security and Insider Threat Program
  • Oversee CLEAR’s Personnel and Physical Security Programs to include access management systems, video surveillance, and crisis management operations and training     
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance insider threat focus areas to include corporate background investigations, on-boarding procedures, and other employee life cycles matters
  • Develop, refine, and calibrate technical capabilities and tools to provide actionable intelligence and drive the investigation of identified anomalies and security incidents
  • Assist in the design of the internal investigative process and work with appropriate stakeholders from CLEAR’s Legal and People Teams to ensure the confidentiality and discreet resolution of investigations
  • Develop fraud prevention programs and manage CLEAR’s internal fraud investigations efforts 
  • Conduct accurate and thorough investigations of internal security events, acts of misconduct, or potential crimes and assist in the collection, processing, preservation, and analysis of physical and digital evidence
  • Prepare and present formal and informal analysis and briefings regarding ongoing and emerging threats to relevant stakeholders and executives 
  • Develop and maintain relationships with appropriate law enforcement and intelligence organizations, in addition to private sector contacts
  • Solve complex problems related to insider threat procedures, incident response, and investigations to include technology issues, legal requirements, privacy regulations, and best practices


Who You Are:

  • 5+ years of insider threat analysis experience in a corporate and/or government environment
  • Knowledge of insider threat vectors and attack methods
  • Experience in conducting intelligence analysis in government and corporate settings 
  • Ability to conduct complicated background investigations and experience in using open source and social media platforms
  • Conversant with system and application security risks, threats and vulnerabilities
  • Familiar with network security architecture concepts: including topology, protocols, components, and principles 
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools and security systems to include access management, CCTV coverage, Cybersecurity Tools, SIEMs, and experience in network traffic and analysis
  • Experience running security investigations including gathering evidence/artifacts, system forensics, reviewing threat intelligence tools, reviewing log files and incident report writing
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in both a technical & non-technical environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills, detail orientation, follow-through capabilities and escalation of key issues
  • Ability to work with diverse personalities within various levels of the organization
  • Ability to manage multiple issues at one time
  • Ability to independently organize, prioritize and follow-up on tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Can work effectively in a dynamic environment where shifting priorities frequently alter work plans

We are located in the Chelsea neighborhood on Manhattan's west side. Chelsea is the primary art district within the borough.
