We're looking for passionate Power & Utilities leaders that have a clear vision, a willingness to keep up with current trends in their fields of expertise, and specific skills and knowledge to offer our clients and teams. They're the kind of people we want to work with.
Extensive experience in Power & Utilities industry in defining and evaluating corporate and business unit strategies and investment portfolios that reflect the market and customer needs.
Proven track record of success leading efforts in the Power and Utilities industry (transmission, distribution, generation, nuclear, oil and gas, regulatory, customer, supply chain, finance transformation, asset management, fleet operations, Grid mod operations, and implementation) either in professional consulting services or corporate roles, assisting companies to define and evaluate corporate and business unit strategies and investment portfolios that reflect the market, competitive, and other external drivers.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Responsible for supporting EPAM's Power & Utilities clients to improve business performance by providing EAM and professional consulting services
  • Driving the sales pipeline and designing Power & Utilities solutions for customers in the Power & Utility industry with the goals of increasing revenue, profitability, and market competitiveness; ensuring that solutions provided meet customer requirements
  • Lead pre-sales, sales, RFP, RFI process and proposal building based on client demands, engaging with and qualifying other colleagues as required in response to RFI/RFP processes
  • You'll inspire and encourage your coworkers and clients to approach challenging circumstances in innovative and transformative ways
  • With your leadership, you'll assist foster a learning environment where junior team members may grow and develop. You'll also serve as a mentor to these team members
  • The ability to think strategically and creatively, solve problems, and take initiative is required, as is a proven track record of success in leading activities
  • Creating a vision for the team and fostering a culture of trust, while also taking use of different points of view and supporting continuous development and innovation
  • Establishing, maintaining, and leveraging networks of customer contacts to identify and respond to customer demands
  • Communicating effectively in written and verbal formats in an organized and knowledgeable manner; and market research, quantitative and qualitative assessments, and other methods are used to deliver relevant insights into the corporate and business plans of our clients
  • Able to hear, acquire and consolidate data on trends and market insights
  • During the implementation, provide additional information and advice to the Service Delivery and Operations teams to drive profitable and high-quality delivery engagements


REQUIREMENTS

  • The completion of a bachelor's degree program in business or a closely related discipline such as IT, engineering, marketing, economics, or finance
  • 10 to 15 years of relevant job experience, or a master's degree plus 12 years of relevant work experience
  • At least 10-15 years of expertise providing Power & Utilities customers with Power & Utilities services and solutions offerings
  • Expertise in managing people, engagement economics, and new business development activities
  • Business or technical expertise in at least two of the following digital grid focus areas is required: AMI, ADMS, OMS, SCADA, DRMS, DERMS, EMS, GIS
  • EAM industry experience in at least two of the following areas is required: energy, utilities, technology, oil and gas, manufacturing, transportation, and construction
  • In addition, you should have knowledge of the supply chain and be familiar with the following areas: inventory management, management of materials and materials procurement as well as quality, environmental, health and safety standards
  • Utility experience with EAM products, tools, configuration, SME knowledge is a huge plus
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and tools such as SAP EAM, Infor EAM, Oracle EAM, IBM Maximo, and others
  • Exposure to the EAM regulatory framework as well as energy audits will be advantageous
  • Experience in operating models, rules and procedures, process mapping, operational efficiency improvements, process transformation, re-engineering and optimization
  • Digital asset management, AI/ML asset management, and Analytics expertise required. In general AI, IOT, ML, and AR/VR knowledge is a plus
  • Experience in providing consulting services to clients in the Power and Utilities industries
  • Functional and technical knowledge of the EAM domain, including asset life cycle, supply chain, maintenance, analytics, and so on, as well as knowledge of digital and emerging technology trends
