Job Title: Principal Architect
Location: Roseland, NJ
Job Duties:
ADP Technology Services, Inc. seeks a Principal Architect at our Roseland, NJ location. Responsibilities: Analyze business needs and map the requirements with available tools and services to design, develop, deploy, architect, implement and build strategies for hybrid infrastructure in public cloud. Develop solutions architecture and evaluate architectural alternatives for public and hybrid cloud models, including Infrastructure as a Service and Platform as a Service. Evaluate existing systems to determine effectiveness and suggest changes to meet organizational requirements. Document design specifications and configuration instructions of Infrastructure and propose designs for hybrid network connectivity. Perform security analysis of deployed Infrastructure components. Build monitoring dashboards to ensure proper operations of Infrastructure resources. Review security, compliance and governance requirements to design and develop Hybrid Infrastructure. Implement Access Policies and Authentication and Authorization modules for ADP Infrastructure.
Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field plus five (5) years of related experience. Employer will accept a master's degree plus two (2) years of experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree plus five years of experience.
Work Experience:
One year of experience must include: Developing Architecture of AWS infrastructure to support cloud native applications and On Premise Application migration to the cloud; On Premise application analysis for Cloud on-boarding; Identity and Access Management Schema for Public Cloud; Deployment of Federated Access with Active Directory; and Developing automation tools using AWS Service including Cloud Trail, Cloud Watch, Cloud Formation, Terraform, Jenkins, AWS account and infrastructure auto-provisioning, AWS Lambda functions, and KMS.
