Reporting into the Director, Procurement, you will partner closely with the Procurement Team to establish best practices in vendor management. The Procurement Analyst should be seen as a strategic partner to assist with procurement operations support.

Procurement Analysts at Collibra are responsible for:

  • Partnering closely with members of the Procurement team to understand and support business strategy and priorities.
  • Support the Procurement team in vendor metrics and reporting by creating standard and ad hoc reports.
  • Review all Procurement Service Desk (PSD) requests and assign to corresponding Procurement Lead. Track and monitor purchase order transactions.
  • Review approved vendor contracts and route for signature. Upload fully executed vendor agreements to contract management database
  • Manage Collibrians' and vendor procurement inquiries.
  • Resolve vendor issues as they arise. Partner with AP to solve vendor invoicing issues.
  • Provide recommendations on Procurement system as well as input on the purchasing process
  • Maintain policy and training documents for Procurement.
  • Provide Support to Collibrians to ensure a smooth Procurement engagement experience.
  • Support internal procurement projects as needed.

You Have:

  • 3+ years of experience in sourcing and/or procurement.
  • Knowledge of Procurement Systems (NetSuite a plus)
  • Provided feedback on systems and processes to foster better engagement

You Are:

  • An analytical problem-solver, with a propensity for acting.
  • You love to “roll up the sleeves” and have a “get it done” attitude
  • Comfortable in ambiguity, and in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly adaptable.

Measuring Success:

Reporting to the Director of Procurement, the Procurement Analyst's measures of success are:

  • Within your first month, you will begin to develop relationships and understand the Procurement policy at Collibra
  • Within three months you will have established a strong understanding of the policies and tolls involved in the Procurement Process
  • Within six months, you will have identified key areas for improvement and cost savings opportunities.
