DRIVE DATA DRIVEN CHANGE ACROSS OUR CUSTOMERS
As a strategic advisor to our VP of Global Professional Services, you’ll help drive operational efficiency and business results. You’ll work closely with PS leadership to measure and provide detailed reports on Professional Services KPIs such as: bookings, billings, utilization, revenue, margin, project resourcing, project pipeline forecasts and more.

As the Professional Services Financial Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building the operations and financial metrics needed to meet the challenges of tomorrow. In addition, you will serve as a trusted advisor to the Professional Services and Customer Success leadership teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the VP of Global Professional Services
- Develop and establish global metrics for professional services - utilization, average daily rate, attach rates, direct vs. partner mix, customer satisfaction NPS.
- Manage Professional Services P&L (budgeting, forecasting, analytics reporting) both globally and regionally.
- Lead development of KPIs and dashboard reporting
- Provide billable headcount capacity modeling
- Manage invoicing, project setup/closure, de-bookings, and policy setting
- Provide quarterly metrics for bookings, billings, utilization, margin, projected headcount, and more.
- Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews planning
- Help build processes to optimize Professional Services operations
HOW YOU’LL RAMP UP:
By Day 30...
- You will have an exposure to the Sisense Professional Services book of business, processes, financial tools and operations
- Develop and establish global metrics for professional services - utilization, average daily rate, attach rates, direct vs. partner mix, customer satisfaction NPS, bookings, billings, margin, utilization, headcount forecast, and more.
- You will start building reports and dashboards for Professional Services KPIs
- You will work with the VP of Global Professional Services to develop a weekly forecast process.
By Day 60...
- You will have a deep understanding of the Sisense Professional Services book of business and operations
- You will continue driving, measuring and reporting Professional Services KPIs
- You will participate in financial planning for the upcoming quarter and year
- Manage Professional Services P&L (budgeting, forecasting, analytics reporting) both globally and regionally.
- Manage monthly invoice process, project setup/closure, and debooking process.
By 90...
- You will continue driving, measuring and reporting Professional Services KPIs
- You will participate in financial planning for the upcoming quarter and year

WHAT YOU’VE ACCOMPLISHED... SO FAR:
- You have 3+ years experience leading Professional Services Operations and financial metrics in a Professional Services organization of a Software company
- You have deep knowledge and experience in financial KPIs
- You have extensive experience in using BI tools such as Sisense, Tableau, Power BI, etc.
- You have strong experience in Building financial models in Excel
- You have strong organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands
- You have an analytical mind and are a self starter
- You’ve created and delivered customized financial reports for Professional Services organizations.
- You’ve become a trusted advisor for Professional Services leadership.
- You’ve become adept at navigating ambiguity and unstructured environments, bringing order while conveying confidence and authority.
- You have an ability to interact and communicate with various internal company stakeholders
- You have excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, presentation, and analytical skills
- You are a lifelong learner with insatiable curiosity and a drive to continually improve.
