Your team:

The Learning Program Coordinator is responsible for managing the learning teams processes, resources and planning. Reporting directly to the Manager of Learning and Instructional Design, you will be an operational support for the team, coordinating resources, organizing and maintaining training material, measuring the success of learning programs, and streamline processes and programs.

How you'll help make homeownership achievable:

  • Manage the request process for training and learning programs for internal and external audiences.
  • Manage relationships with 3rd party vendors
  • Assist in daily/weekly project management activities for the learning team to drive results and sprint deliverables 
  • Supports the instructional designers with coordination and resources
  • Work with cross functional teams in providing expectations of the learning programs creation process
  • Consistently improve process, standards and documentation for the Learning team
  • Own the process for updating existing education content

  • Incredible organizational skills -  you’re excited about the little details.
  • Strong process management skills- Ability to take ownership and seek opportunities on improving workflows, documentation, and processes.
  • Remarkable and responsive customer-service focus, with strong verbal and written communication.
  • Empathy and understanding of a learner
  • Passion for learning and development for staff and external customers

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in creating learning materials, training adult learners, or similar
  • Project management experience
  • Real estate experience
  • LMS admin experience
