What We're Looking For:

The Property Manager will be Domio’s liaison and first point of contact for any landlord and/or tenant interactions. This person will implement and oversee strategic management systems to preserve investment value and minimize risks for our portfolio.

At Domio You Will:

  • Oversee landlord and tenant relations 
  • Work with building management and our Operations Field team to troubleshoot facilities maintenance issues
  • Coordinate between building management and our Construction & Delivery teams during the onboarding process
  • Work with Finance on lease management and payment tracking
  • Monitor property insurance agreements 
  • Establish written communications with property managers and landlords as appropriate while working with our legal team
  • Provide Operations Field teams with overviews of lease key points for compliance
  • Be the liaison with Legal, Real Estate, and Operations as it relates to deal structure and operation of units
  • Assist Field Operations with researching short-term rental policy and compliance ordinances
  • Coordinate with Construction for refresh/renovations, scheduling, and permissions as it relates to property and requirements from landlord
  • Enforce compliance with property policies and procedures

Who You Are:

  • 5+ years of Property Management experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree - Business, Management, or Real Estate preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communicator and comfortable speaking with people over the phone and via email
  • Effectively manage multiple projects and timelines
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Must have the aptitude and desire to learn new competencies and skills
  • Passion for travel and hospitality
