About the position:

At the start of 2016, Foursquare launched Attribution, a real-world conversion product that ties digital marketing to our industry-leading foot traffic data set. As a Publisher Services Manager, you will foster publisher relationships by delivering best in class customer service and providing exceptional insights. You’ll support Foursquare’s Attribution Sales team in all post sales related activities.

This position will be based out of New York City OR San Francisco.

Responsibilities:

  • Onboard newly signed publisher and platform partners
  • Work closely with Research Analysts to ensure publishers properly deliver campaigns for agency/brand clients on an ongoing basis 
  • Educate and consult with publisher and platform partners to demonstrate how to leverage Foursquare's measurement solution in order to increase closed business
  • Understand vertical norms and ensure publishers are being assisted with optimizations in order to achieve campaign goals
  • Drive pre-sales campaign process for publishers by assessing feasibility and ensuring expectations are set
  • Help troubleshoot any issues that arise in a timely manner and provide relevant solutions
  • Deliver relevant insights about publishers’ businesses, competitors and customers to help them drive more Attribution business proactively in the market
  • Execute and present post-campaign wrap reports including performance highlights, foot traffic analysis, and unique consumer insights
  • Assist our Finance organization with payables and collections from publishers
  • Work cross functionally across Sales, Product, Marketing, Operations, Engineering, and Strategy teams to ensure optimal performance and success for partners, while providing partner feedback to evolve Foursquare's measurement platform

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years experience managing digital marketing programs and servicing ad clients within a technology platform, publisher, or ad agency
  • Ideal candidates will have worked in the digital media space for a minimum of 1-2 years
  • Excellent communication, presentation, prioritization, and organizational skills, and a strong commitment to detail
  • Strategic thinker that can evangelize products that may be new to publishers
  • Experience and passion for captivating data and insights and presenting them in a digestible manner
  • Must be a self-motivated team player and be able to work in a fast-paced, exciting environment
  • Extremely professional and positive demeanor
  • Willingness to travel domestically (if needed) up to 10% of the time
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel, PowerPoint and Keynote. Ideal candidates will have experience using frequently used Foursquare tools (Slack, Asana, Google Docs)
  • Experience with tactical advertising terminology and metrics, including tagging, ad servers, DSPs, SSPs, Ad Networks, Attribution, etc
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
