As we continue to increase our inventory flow, we are looking for a Purchasing Manager to work with our ops team to ensure an efficient and effective supply chain.

Our office is in New York City, but we will consider remote work also for this position.

You will:

• Monitor replenishment requests from inventory planner.
• Create POs to fulfill the replenishment requests.
• Follow POs closely to ensure on-time production.
• 3-way matching.
• Price and payment terms negotiation.
• Vendor performance analysis.

You are:

• Experienced in the field, with a related degree, or equivalent training and experience.
• Previous exposure in a supply chain department is a plus.
• Able to problem solve effectively and professionally.
• Strong computer skills; familiarity with excel, ERP, and inventory softwares.
• Comfortable wearing many hats in a small, fast-paced workplace.
• Possibly FLUENT IN CHINESE, but not necessary.
