About the Role
We are looking to hire a Jr. Facilities Coordinator who will support the Facilities team. You will report into our Facilities Coordinator. The Facilities team is responsible for bringing iCapital office spaces to life by overseeing, organizing, and coordinating daily operations, expansion, office administration and procedures at iCapital offices, and the service quality iCapital receives from building management.
Responsibilities
- Welcoming visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
- Maintaining security by following procedures.
- Responsible for incoming/outgoing mail and assuring deliveries are placed in correct location.
- Maintain supply closet.
- Maintaining safe and clean reception area and conference rooms.
- Contributing to team effort by accomplishing all related special projects as requested.
- Aid in scheduling candidate interviews and coordinate in person.
- Scan and log tax documents for tax team.
- Help Facilities and Admin with catering and other events.
- Office maintenance in conjunction with Facilities Coordinator including pantries and copy machines.
Qualifications
- Commit to a 9am-6pm, in office schedule, Monday-Friday. At times you may need to stay late or come in early

- Have a “can do” attitude, are hands-on, and have a solid work ethic
- Organized and detail-oriented, problem solver, with the ability to see the big picture
