The receptionist role plays an integral role at Movable Ink acting as the face for the company’s guests and employees. The receptionist will be supporting the office/facilities team as well as focus on key day-to-day operations.

Duties:

• Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
• Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
• Friendly and approachable demeanor
• Familiarity/willingness to learn building management system for entering guests, key cards, etc.
• Support for company events and culture related activities
• Inventory tracking and ordering of pantry, office supplies, new hire supplies, etc.
• Coordinate new hire administrative work such as key card distribution, desk set-up and welcome bags
• Work closely with office porter
• Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries and assist departments with their shipping needs
• Develop and maintain a strong relationship with employees
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties
• Demonstrate the desire to grow and take on new skills and projects
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
• Excellent organizational skills
• Deal with special requests from employees and guests

Experience:

• 1+ years customer focused background 
• Telephone Skills
• Solid written, verbal and active listening skills
• Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks; organizational skills
• Adaptable startup mindset
• G-Suite
• Powerpoint skills a plus
