Reporting directly to our Head of Member Experience, the Regional Lead of Member Experience will lead a team of 8-12 General Managers who are responsible for delivering exceptional services to Member companies. S/he will proactively identify service opportunities and build on the successes of the team to address them. Knotel’s team embraces curiosity, integrity, hospitality and tenacious problem-solving, and the Regional Lead of Member Experience will contribute to this culture while pushing us to innovate and do our best work.

What You’ll Do

• Lead a team of 8-12 General Managers to deliver a seamless Knotel experience for our Members
• Support General Managers with tracking expenses and reporting on other key success metrics
• Guide your team’s continuous improvement efforts on both facilities management and cultural experience
• Quickly and creatively troubleshoot to solve all challenges, whether in the physical office or virtual
• Cultivate strong relationships with members, service providers, and building personnel that further Knotel’s credibility and good name

• Strong team leadership skills and the ability to build consensus behind your ideas
• Proven background in facility management
• While not required, IT experience is preferred
• Well-developed, time-saving organizational systems that show great attention to detail
• Demonstrated interest in hospitality, whether through coursework or previous experience
• A record of strong performance in academic and professional settings
