Regional IT Manager (Northeast)

The Regional IT Manager is based out of the airports and is an imperative role within our Technology organization. This person will join a team of professionals that manages and supports the Technology infrastructure for our airports and sports venues in multiple cities within their designated region. These individuals work as a team to provide technology coverage and support and growth as a team for the entire nation. We are seeking a dynamic technologist who is not afraid of working in a fast-paced environment. What you will do:
- Based out of the airports, build and maintain kiosk implementations for CLEAR lanes in all of our airports within your assigned region
- Manage PCs, routers, and all biometric peripherals associated with kiosks
- Provide first level support for PC/LAN, routers, laptop/workstation end-users and mobile devices on-site and also remotely
- Maintain and provide reports from the incident tracking system
- Keep inventory control of all IT equipment
- Coordinate warranty issues through vendors where applicable
- Image machines using Microsoft Deployment Toolkit
- Manage Active Directory users and computers
- Deploy application software and windows patching with tools like WSUS to machines as needed
- Consistently make recommendations to help improve overall IT functions and solutions for your designated areas
Who you are:
- 5+ years of applicable experience, ideally providing IT Administration in multi-regional environments
- A strong communicator with exceptional ability to interact with technical and non-technical end-users
- You know how to execute flawlessly in rapidly-scaling environments
- Strong experience with imaging and providing off-site/remote support to end-users
- Excellent knowledge of router setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting -- experience with Cisco/Meraki routers is preferred
- Deep Windows 10 knowledge including GPO policy management
- Proven history of client facing excellence
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to travel to designated locations across the Northeast region of the US, as needed
