WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Oversee workplace operations and programs in AMER region, ensuring successful day-to-day operations
  • Lead Workplace Operations KPI and SLA success, ensuring best-in-class customer service and service levels
  • Lead, mentor and develop regional Workplace Operations team
  • Sit on Workplace Experience Leadership Team, collaborating cross-functionally to develop and drive team OKRs
  • Project manage medium to large capital buildout projects, as applicable
  • Seek and analyze market research to develop subject knowledge and benchmark workplace metrics/programs, working with manager to set strategic vision for global operations
  • Partner with IT and others to develop remote workplace experience strategy
  • Collaborate with others to develop and manage initiatives, processes, tools, policies and playbooks related to workplace operations and programs, including operations related to our new hybrid work strategy
  • Support local site leads in the development of localized workplace programs and strategies in-region
  • Act as strategic Workplace Experience business partner to business leaders in-region
  • Work with local site leads to proactively build relationships with leadership and employees, as well as use data to understand the habits and needs of employees and objectively provide recommendations for workplace improvements
  • Manage vendors on regional level
  • Oversee operational budget management and tracking for region
  • Support regional office improvements and small build-out projects, as needed

WHO YOU ARE

  • 5-7 years of experience in Workplace Experience and/or facilities management; experience with multiple locations a plus
  • At least 2 years experience leading a team; experience leading outsourced staff a plus
  • Experience managing offices and workplace experience for a hybrid workplace model, delivering creative solutions to engage a distributed workforce
  • Demonstrated success in a fast-paced, rapidly growing organization with an ability to manage competing priorities
  • Strong experience with office moves and build-outs, overseeing process through full project lifecycle
  • Data-driven with a mindset of continual improvement
  • Strong strategic communications and change management skills
  • Demonstrated success in building strong relationships cross-functionally with proven ability in influencing top-level leadership
  • A strong communicator, keeping teams and stakeholders informed and up to date
  • Proven understanding of workplace related costs and budget best practices
  • Passion for best-in-class workplace experience and customer service
  • An awesome can-do attitude - no task is too big or too small
  • Familiar with Mac computer and GSuite
  • Ability to travel around 25% (company and local guidelines permitting)
