About the team & Opportunity:

Quartet’s Market Operations team is responsible for delivering value to customers, through optimizing patient referral channels as well as developing a highly engaged network of Mental Health Providers. 

The Regional Ops Director, reporting into the RVP of Operations, is responsible for supporting these activities which drive the overall success of the customer relationship and serves as a trusted partner and key point of contact. She/he will lead cross-functional processes across the organization to ensure continuous innovation and delivery of excellent performance outcomes for our patients. This includes close collaboration with the Quartet Leadership Team (QLT), product development, technology, growth, revenue, patient operations, and other areas of market operations.

The Regional Ops Director will be responsible for innovating and streamlining operational processes that can enhance our provider networks and lead to a highly engaged network. She/he will work in a fast-paced environment with daily client interactions. She/he should be highly organized and comfortable with managing multiple operational initiatives while building trusted relationships internally and externally. The Regional Ops Director will also engage leaders within Quartet and the customer to develop and execute on strategies that address complex business problems and result in improved patient care and outcomes.

Accountabilities

• Lead a team that builds and maintains a strong network of primary care physicians and mental health providers
• Manage operational performance and internal execution by aligning resources and leading initiatives that achieve contracted service level agreements
• Utilize data to identify trends that may inform process improvements within operations and product
• Develop standardized operational processes to increase efficiency and improve outcomes for patients and clients 
• Serve as an operational leader that is customer-facing and accountable for initiatives that drive customer success
• Develop and mentor operational leaders within the organization 

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of clinical operations and care delivery experience
• 3+ years of management experience, preferably in a healthcare related field
• Excellent written and oral presentation skills with the ability to engage, build credibility, and create trust across all levels of an organization

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in Value Based Care, Network Growth / Development, and Management Services Organization (MSO) operations
• Previous experience in a high growth start-up healthcare company
• Master’s degree in business or in a healthcare-related field
