What's Clyde - Clyde is an end-to-end product protection platform that is re-thinking the way merchants increase loyalty and drive revenue, and the way customers manage their purchases. We are tackling the $50B per year extended warranty market and becoming the de facto solution in the space by leveraging an intense focus on product, design, and customer experience. Clyde delivers product protection plans directly to consumers as they shop, owning the relationship from purchase to claim submission to resolution. We know that the relationship between merchants and their customers is far from over after checkout, so we’re building products to deliver value at every stage of this relationship.

We are looking for a Revenue Enablement Manager who will develop and implement enablement programs to be deployed across all our merchant-facing teams. A critical component of our go-to-market (GTM) strategy and operations, they will fuel Clyde’s revenue growth by ensuring everyone has the tools and knowledge to be most successful.

An opportunity to...

  • Become an expert on all aspects of Clyde's platform, GTM strategy and operations, and the business as a whole
  • Partner with Product, Partnership, and Warranty leadership to develop, execute, and optimize enablement content for all of Clyde’s merchant-facing teams
  • Communicate frontline feedback from merchant-facing teams to Product, Partnership, and Warranty leadership teams
  • Play a key role in driving rapid revenue growth by ensuring Clyde’s merchant-facing teams are experts on our products and services as quickly as possible

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience at a high-growth startup in an enablement or related function — experience enabling multiple GTM teams is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills — both written and oral
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects concurrently in an organized and efficient manner
  • Comfortable presenting to myriad audiences and department leaders
  • Strong ability to grasp technical concepts and communicate them to non-technical stakeholders
  • Nice to have: experience working with retail- or e-commerce-related tech companies
