We're in an incredibly exciting period of growth as we continue to scale internationally and are looking for an experienced Revenue Operations Manager who wants to be part of this journey.
What you'll do:

  • Provide analytics, reporting, forecasting for go to market teams at Fidel. Build metrics and dashboards to help drive insights and performance for revenue generating teams
  • Act as a business partner to the CRO, Head of Global Sales, and other heads of departments to help them understand the performance of their teams
  • Build and maintain our sales and customer tooling including Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with leadership teams to prepare board materials, company updates and progress against OKRs and KPIs
  • Work with the customer facing teams to understand their needs and evolve our capabilities and tooling
  • Proactively resolve data quality, process, and policy adherence issues


We want you, if you:

  • Have 8+ years of experience, with previous experience in tech startups
  • Have strong analytical and technical skills including experience with sales tools (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.)
  • Have experience with data, use Excel and SQL in order to drive insights
  • Are comfortable with working autonomously in a fast paced environmentand providing high-quality output
  • Have a deep understanding of sales process and customer lifecycle and a passion for building and scaling processes
  • Exhibit strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude
  • Have experience managing teams (optional)
