This is a pivotal role where you’ll see your impact every day. We’re looking for someone with a background in sales or revenue operations (or similar responsibilities) who is eager to help us set a new standard for what the RevOps function can achieve within an enterprise SaaS business.
You will report to our Senior Director of Revenue Operations, and you’ll have both the autonomy and support to deliver a steady stream of enhancements to our go-to-market operation.
What you’ll do:
- Evaluate and optimize our revenue stack (centered on Salesforce + Hubspot) to support our go-to-market team as we scale.
- Support accurate sales forecasting efforts and identify factors could impact our growth objectives
- Oversee ad hoc analysis for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other related functions, to drive operational improvements
- Assist with territory setting for incoming Enterprise Account Executives
- Own ongoing process improvements and projects including sales bootcamp, customer acquisitions and renewals, order forms, end-of-month reconciliation, and weekly/monthly pipeline review for data quality
You offer:
- 2+ years of experience in a Sales, Marketing or Revenue Operations role at a B2B tech company
- A track record of making things simpler and better: improving processes and/or data and translating findings into actionable insights
- A data-first orientation. You’re strong in data analysis and summarizing takeaways in a digestible, useful way. Strong Excel skills and comfort using and picking up other reporting tools are a must.
- Experience administering systems (Salesforce, Hubspot, data sources, prospecting tools) that colleagues use daily and in enhancing those systems to make them ever more easy and useful
- Solid project management, with the ability to clearly define an objective, identify potential roadblocks, collaboratively build a plan, and keep the trains on time. You have high attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Curiosity, empathy, and a leader-helper mindset
You’ll be working with:
- Vanessa Hamer, Senior Director of Revenue Operations
- Coby Berman, COO and Co-Founder
- Our Finance team!
- Our Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Solution Engineering teams!
Perks:
