Sales Development Representative

A Sales Development Representative (SDR) at JW Player fills the vital role of qualifying, educating, and nurturing Inbound Marketing leads. Reporting to the Lead Sales Development Representative, this role offers the opportunity to learn JW Player’s sales process while gaining the necessary skills to grow into a Sales Development Representative and beyond in JW Player’s world class sales organization.


In this role, you will:

  • Respond, qualify, and setup Discovery calls for AE’s across the globe
  • Update lead, contact, and account activity in Salesforce to ensure data cleanliness
  • Interact with Inbound technology and revenue stakeholders through email, calls and social media

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years previous work experience in an office
  • Ability to build rapport with potential customers, understand their environment, and introduce new concepts to solve problems
  • Strong phone, sales, customer service, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload to maximize efficiency
  • A passion for emerging technology
  • Intellectually curious with learners mindset
  • Exceed weekly, monthly, quarterly metrics, pipeline, lead quota and SLA repsonse quota
