We're looking for an experienced, highly organized and driven Sales Research Analyst to help define, refine, and maintain our global prospect universe and act as a strategic partner in scaling our growth. This Analyst will report to the Vice President of Revenue Operations and be instrumental in defining the global prospect universe, uncovering new organizations, validating all the organization data in Salesforce, and working with the sales team to adjust pipelines on a monthly basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze Client and Prospect data to uncover key drivers of sales success
  • Research, recommend, and use third-party tools to uncover new prospect lists matching key drivers of success
  • Support Marketing and Sales in developing and implementing core business strategies, e.g. TAM analysis
  • Assist in developing and maintaining analytical models to provide new insights to the sales and business development leaders
  • Act as gateway to all new account data entry into Salesforce
  • Review and clean all existing prospect data in Salesforce
  • Vet all inbound leads and referrals to ensure compliance with prospecting minimum requirements
  • Build processes for better enrichment and maintenance of the global prospect universe
  • Provide analytical support in defining quotas, territory alignment and lead distribution

Requirements:

  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment
  • Excel and analysis skills
  • Inquisitive nature - ability to perform detailed research
  • Proficient in sales enablement tools and project management tools
  • Salesforce knowledge
