As a Salesforce Administrator, you’ll be supporting the BizOps team in maintaining and enhancing our CRM and administering our sales operations tools. You’ll own data accuracy, efficiency, and ongoing optimization of Salesforce.com for the sales team. You should be comfortable with assembling business requirements, documenting workflows, hands-on configuration and troubleshooting issues.

CRM Architecture Responsibilities

  • Provide daily support to sales team members in order to facilitate fast and efficient sales processes
  • Manage user licenses and permissions
  • Develop and implement operational efficiencies that increase the sales team’s output and contribute to the company’s bottom line
  • Identify core operational issues and propose new work streams, application solutions, and process improvements for core business units
  • Analyze processes and recommend more efficient paths for the sales and client success team
  • Modify and scale existing processes to support more users and new business requirements
  • Keeping abreast of new Salesforce features and functionality and providing recommendations for process improvements
  • Support Senior Sales Operations Manager in various projects 
  • Maintain and update process documentation

Other Tech Responsibilities

  • Integrate various systems and tools using out-of-the-box services 
  • Administrating Sales Enablement tools and Contract Management System

Contract Management & Data Hygiene Responsibilities:

  • Review and process signed contracts and process the data into finance-ready format for operating metrics
  • Audit opportunity contract details for accuracy and consistency
  • MRR Reconciliation: Revenue monitoring and management, specifically for month-end, quarter-end and annual trends
  • Maintaining data accuracy and integrity
  • Extract and manipulate data from multiple sources

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of Salesforce administration experience
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification required
  • Extensive knowledge of Salesforce’s automation capabilities and best practices, including workflow, process builder, and order of operations required
  • Experience with visual workflow is a plus
  • Exceptional critical thinking, analytical, and problem solving skills with a strong drive to seek resolution to issues
  • An obsession with data quality, accuracy and standardization
  • Detail-oriented 
  • Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
  • Project management experience a plus
