The Global SAP Practice is focused on discovering, developing, delivering and supporting product features, custom solutions, or tailored components for the SAP customer base. Aside from Product Development and Technical/Commercial Partnerships, we have a delivery team focused on customer engagement, partner enablement, and explorative requirements gathering. The delivery team drives value to our customers by leveraging our current offerings and collects use cases and pain points to inform future offerings.

 

As an SAP Technical Architect, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities to apply UiPath’s RPA platform across a vast SAP customer base, designing and building accelerators tailored to the ERP sector, specifically for SAP architecture, infrastructure, and ecosystem. You will join the delivery team as necessary to stay in close touch with our customers, garnering input for improving our offerings directly from them. You feel comfortable in customer facing, consultative engagements, where you may also be responsible, along with a team of engineers, for assisting customers in implementing, configuring, and customizing our solutions to their environments.

 

Scope of Activities

Product Management: requirements engineering and solution design for custom offerings and tailor-made features. Provide detailed specifications to development lead for implementation; negotiate feature priorities with customers.

Delivery of UiPath SAP solutions to customers - installation, configuration, training, customization, support, etc.

Project delivery: for project-based engagements, work directly with a partner’s or customer’s project team to ensure timely completion and full value realized from the product

Explorative requirements gathering for future solutions, features, and components for SAP customers

Close interface with core product development teams, communicating clearly the requirements and use cases that need to be addressed by current and new solutions

Report and communicate efficiently: gather success stories and spread the good word

 

Job Profile Requirements

10+ years of technical ERP experience

2-3+ years experience as a systems architect / solution architect in the SAP space

3+ years experience in a customer facing role

3+ years experience with test automation, IT services automation, or DevOps

Entrepreneurial mindset

Exposure to diverse SAP modules and technologies, including common ERP modules, PI/PO, Netweaver Gateway, Basis, Portal, and various UI clients

Independent problem solver with Exposure to SAP GUI Automation Scripting

RPA experience a plus,

Computer Science degree or professional programming experience a plus

VBScript or VB.Net experience a plus

Clear and accurate mastery of the English language
