Job Description

OnSiteIQ is looking for a Director of Field Operations professional to join our growing Ops team and deliver our ground-breaking SaaS platform to Owner/Developers and Insurance companies across the country. This is a fully remote position.

For the Director of Field Operations, an ideal candidate has an extensive background in product, program, and technical leadership for scaling strategic initiatives.  This job will require exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with Business, Operations, and Tech stakeholders, while having the ability to work independently in a high pressure environment with all levels of leadership and exercise sound judgment where clear guidelines may not exist. The successful candidate will be proficient at solving complex logistics challenges and possess a bias to get things done and deliver results.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead a team of operations members managing hardware, data transfer process and data collection from our field team
  • Engage with project stakeholders (General Contractors/ Real Estate Developers) to ensure the service is delivered on time and with high quality
  • Own the day to day field operations of a tech-enabled service-based operation
  • Own the hardware / supply chain process with our vendors 
  • Work closely with the COO to execute and create product/program visions
  • Drive requirements documentation 
  • Manage complex multi tech/ops/business org opportunities 
  • Pull and analyze data with ease to drive process improvements 
  • Standardize/create scalable processes leveraging technology
  • Work hand in hand with Quality Assurance to ensure product delivery
  • Oversee the opening of new markets and expansion 
  • Track and manage KPIs 
  • Act as liaison between Sales, Product, CSM and the Operations team 
  • Work with Customer Success to develop long lasting relationships with our clients to ensure successful product/service delivery 
  • Own the Sales-Operations handoff process and project onboarding 
  • Own the legal and insurance/liability strategy and compliance for our workforce
  • Help manage company-wide OKR tracking, iteration and execution
  • Engage with our CTO and Head of Engineering to help craft the Ops product development pipeline

Baseline Experience:

  • Experienced in Project Management 5+ years
  • Experienced in managing Field Operations 8+ years
  • Experienced in Operational excellence 

Phenomenal team members have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business/logistics or MBA
  • Six Sigma 
  • Helped scale service based or other tech startups 
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills
  • Experience in Construction and/or Real Estate
  • Worked with Gig based networks 
  • Startup Experience
