Senior Desktop Support Specialist
IEX is looking for a high-energy individual interested in breaking into the dynamic world of IT at a technology start-up. You will be joining our Enterprise Infrastructure team, primarily responsible for Windows administration, desktop support, and office automation. We are growing quickly, and you must be comfortable taking on multiple tasks to support our corporate users. What you’ll do:
- Provide user support and general desktop troubleshooting to over 160 internal employees
- Dealing with Level 2-3 issues pertaining to MobileIron/MacOS and Windows 10 PC’s
- Manage Windows AD and Microsoft Exchange; create and permission new users and groups (password resets, email group changes, etc.)
- Support telephony and conference systems
- Image PC's for new hire setups and assist with desk moves
- Oversee and update assigned support service requests
- Onboarding and offboarding of new hires and terms
Your background:
- 7-10 years desktop support experience
- Strong MacOS and iOS troubleshooting skills
- Experience with MobileIron MDM - configuring and troubleshooting
- Solid understanding of Windows environment within a corporate network
- Working knowledge of MS Exchange, Office 365, Intune, Azure AD, RSA securID
- Experience with packaging software for automated deployments to corporate workstations
- Experience with Group Policy Management
- Windows patching experience required
- Demonstrated interest in technology
- Technical degree preferred
- Understanding of virtualization technologies a plus (Hyper-V, VMware, etc)
- G-suite experience a plus
- Linux experience a plus
- Scripting knowledge a plus
