The Trade Desk is changing the way global brands and their agencies advertise to audiences around the world. How? With a media-buying platform that helps brands deliver a more insightful and relevant ad experience for consumers — and sets a new standard for global reach, accuracy, and transparency.

So if you’re talented, driven, creative, and hungry to bring something entirely new and wildly ambitious into the world (and have some fun doing it), then we want to talk.

What you’ll do:

Interested in joining a world-class marketing team whose work directly influences the trajectory of a business every day? Are you super-organized, a great communicator and collaborative teammate? Are you passionate about project managing diverse strategic initiatives and communications including instilling others with the same infectious passion?

As a member of the marketing strategy and operations team as an individual contributor, you will lead critical marketing initiatives like training, developing a superior new employee onboarding/training process, advancing our team through our culture and connection, headcount and performance review process in conjunction with human resources, supporting the CMO by ensuring key strategic initiatives and assigned projects are completed on time, with the highest quality.

You will manage and execute functional and strategic projects across marketing disciplines and help develop and steward process improvement and systems implementation. You will also provide communications support for the organization and executive communications in addition to orchestrating, summarizing and providing follow-up to key marketing team meetings. You will work end-to-end on marketing strategy and transformation projects to optimize marketing impact and enhance our story telling. You will interact regularly with the CMO, marketing leaders and team members and will demonstrate high EQ, listening skills, and an ability to cogently and concisely communicate with impact.

You have a unique combination of marketing expertise and strategy/consulting experience. An incredible work ethic, amazing communication skills, detail orientation, and the ability to work under pressure with great urgency are critical to success.  Equally as important, you can do anything since you are comfortable with ambiguity, have found creative ways to solve problems and you are not afraid of a challenge.

This is an outstanding opportunity as you will have direct exposure to the Marketing executive team, help contribute to the company’s overall marketing strategy, and help drive successful execution at a high growth company.
