About the team & Opportunity: 

The Vice President, Technology Integration role will be responsible for leading new partner integrations into Quartet’s technology platforms. This role will lead all technology aspects for technology partner integration. This role will work closely with Quartet’s partners, technology teams and business owners through the lifecycle of the project from understanding all technology requirements, helping strategize technology offerings during the RFP process, to developing a launch plan and execution. This role is responsible for collaborating with digital and technology platform owners in partnership with the cross-functional teams to build, launch and maintain these platforms for Quartet.. This role will also be responsible for driving technology transformations and innovation as part of the partner integration process.

We’re proud to offer you flexibility! This position is eligible to work remotely, where you will work from home, and may require you to occasionally (once a month) commute to NYC or client locations.

Accountabilities:

  • Develop and socialize the Quartet technology integration architecture.
  • Develop and administer the framework for our technology build / buy strategy.
  • Work directly with internal and external clients to understand and represent digital and technology needs.
  • Assign necessary tasks to team members and provide direction & guidance for timelines, process, prioritization, milestones, reporting cadence, issue resolution, documentation, etc.
  • Evaluate business requirements and deliverables to ensure a comprehensive start-up or conversion plan is developed that encompasses all build, new feature testing, certification and other required testing.
  • Partner with internal product teams to align and evaluate the best partner selection and integration strategy for all features and functions.
  • Provide leadership and own the escalation point for all technology issue resolution that might arise across functional teams in assigned work streams.
  • Provide updates to Senior Leaders and other internal and external stakeholders on integration project statuses on a regular basis.
  • Communicate and facilitate effectively across diverse audiences (program peers, key stakeholders, executives, etc.)
  • Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 10+  years management and engineering experience in Healthcare technology.
  • Proficient in healthcare interoperability standards like HL7 & FHIR
  • Patient / customer first mindset.
  • Committed to a culture of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in healthcare management technologies.
  • 10+ Years leading complex technology innovation projects.
  • Good understanding of technology that supports behavioral health patients.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including external Executive and C suite communications.
  • Proven track record with various testing models.
  • Agile and Scrum Master experience.
  • Strong leadership and rigorous project management skills with the ability to successfully manage multiple priorities in a high-speed, quickly changing business environment.
  • Strong quality/process improvement experience.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Ability to lead diverse, and geographically distributed project teams.
  • Able to demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, technical, operations and business.
  • Ability to drive results in a matrixed environment.
  • Experience working with Partners as well as vendors.
  • A high degree of self-initiation.
  • Strong customer experience focus.
