Requirements
About the role:
The right candidate for this position will be a career EA; someone who is passionate about working with and supporting a fast paced executive committee.
As a trusted member of the support team, you will bring your awesome skill set to manage amongst other requirements:
- Travel - booking, research & establishment of preferred supplier relationships (for whole office). Complex itinerary planning for the CCO for regional and global travel.
- Extensive meeting organisation/scheduling as well as liaising with other senior business leader's EA's.
- Preparing minutes of key management meetings each week and distribution of such.
- Director expenses, collation of receipts for Finance and credit card reconciliation.
- Assist the Director of People & Culture with actioning regional and global events, including distribution of invitations, collating responses and booking venues.
Outcomes & responsibilities
- Proven experience in a very busy environment working under pressure to tight deadlines
- Experience working with global companies across a wide array of time zones
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with very strong influencing skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, liaising with all levels of the business, building strong working relationships
- Strong knowledge of Google Docs, Gmail and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excited to travel - you will be required to travel domestically and internationally
