ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior IT Analyst to provide world-class support to our fast-growing team in New York. Your customer is every employee at VTS, and you are willing to go above and beyond for them.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Experience troubleshooting Mac, PC, and Printer issues for end users; with emphasis on Mac environment
Be responsible for conference room and meeting equipment setup and troubleshooting
Assisting with project planning and then running projects
Maintain vendor account access and troubleshoot issues for various SaaS/ online vendors; experience with Google for Business is a positive
Take a proactive attitude to discovering new technologies that could benefit VTS

ABOUT YOU

3+ years working in a technical support environment
Must possess above average technical troubleshooting / problem solving skills
Ability to work in a fast paced demanding and deadline driven environment
Basic understanding of Information Security core concepts
Solid knowledge of networking protocols
Experience with software installation and configuration and integration of 3rd party software or SaaS providers
Must possess the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while working under deadlines
Excellent communication skills in order to collaborate with and update clients, stakeholders, management, SaaS providers, etc.
Experience with Single Sign On tools
Bonus points for experience with: Google Suite, Okta, Jamf or another MDM tool, Meraki and/or Cisco equipment, Vonage or another VOIP, Zendesk, Zoom video conferencing & Google Meet (formerly Hangouts)

When VTS announced its plans to return to the office, Dylan Lloyd and his ERG co- lead were concerned about losing the benefit of displaying pronouns easily within digital tools, a simple but meaningful benefit for many colleagues. Soon, they developed an analog strategy — pronoun buttons to wear or display on desks. “We wanted people to still be able to display their preferred pronouns while physically being in the office, and it makes me proud to see them throughout the office when I walk into work,” he said.

I want my colleagues to feel comfortable discussing barriers they might be facing in their roles so that I can help remove those barriers.
