DoorDash is looking for an entrepreneurial Senior Manager to join our New Verticals team.

DoorDash is rapidly expanding our white-label fulfillment platform, DoorDash Drive.

Drive is a fast-growing business unit serving restaurants, grocers, retailers and other merchant partners across North America. The Senior Manager will join Drive’s New Verticals team, sitting at the cutting edge of the newest and highest potential last mile fulfillment opportunities in North America. Strong candidates will be experienced operators and leaders of high performance teams. This is a unique, high-impact and highly-visible role based in our New York office.

What You’ll Do:

• Build Your Portion of the New Verticals Business: This is a new, fast-growing team at DoorDash, and we’re looking for entrepreneurial leaders to help accelerate our efforts. 
• Drive Outcomes Across the New Verticals P&L: As a business owner, you’ll be accountable for the business goals and objectives that you set with your team.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Partners: Work closely with the most innovative companies in eCommerce.
• Test & Deploy New Products: Work closely with our product and engineering teams to develop new products for our partners.  
• Collaborate With Internal Stakeholders: Our team can’t succeed alone. We depend on cross functional partners like product, engineering, supply, support and finance to drive business outcomes for our partners.  

About You:

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of leadership and management experience 
• Prior experience as an operator or general manager in a high-growth, complex growth environment required
• Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or Masters Degree a plus
• Prior investment banking, consulting or equity research experience is a plus
• Business Development and Partnerships experience is a plus
• Strong data retrieval, analytics and presentation skills required
