Chronograph, a leading technology provider to private capital markets investors, is seeking a Senior Client Services & Implementation Manager to help onboard and manage its growing client base.

The Senior Client Services Manager (CSM) will be based in Chronograph’s North Brooklyn headquarters and will report to the Head of Client Development, with direct daily engagement with the CEO & CTO. Ideal candidates will have a consulting background or other enterprise software / technology client success background.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a driven, detail-oriented, top performer to become directly engaged with several of the world’s most sophisticated private equity investors and produce immediate impact within a globally-focused financial technology firm.

Responsibilities:
Act as primary point of contact for all client onboarding & general account management communications
Communicate Chronograph best-practices to diverse constituent user base to drive product adoption
Coordinate resources across Chronograph (Client Development, Marketing, Data Operations, Product) to ensure timely completion of client deliverables and alignment around client development initiatives
Develop and monitor client expectations
Act as primary Engagement Manager during client implementations
Produce flawless client deliverables to facilitate communication around complex project requirements
Uphold Chronograph brand standards & values in every client interaction
Proactively identify account growth opportunities
Strategize with senior leadership to identify client business cases

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years’ experience in professional services environment, ideally consulting, technology client success, sales engineering, or similar
Demonstrated excellence producing time-sensitive deliverables for sophisticated and exacting client base
Superb (written and verbal) communication skills
Willingness to travel
Ability to quickly to a high-performance environment
Flexibility and mindset open to performing a variety of tasks
Proactive individual with leadership potential
Expert in Microsoft Office Suite, notably PowerPoint (and some Excel)
