A Better opportunity:

Better is hiring for a Senior Office Operations Manager in our NYC Headquarters to spearhead New York office operations and supervise our national Office Management team. As our growth continues, this individual will help facilitate office moves and expansion in partnership with the Director of Facilities. The Senior Office Operations Manager should bring ample managerial tact to maximize the potential of each of those individuals. The ideal candidate will approach their responsibilities with creativity, innovation, and efficiency in mind.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, manage competing priorities, and anticipate potential problems before they arise

  • Experience in a high-growth environment
  • 5+ years in a related position or field
