About the role
The Senior Partnerships Manager, Technology Alliances at Rokt plays a critical role in developing our go-to-market strategy through our Technology partners ecosystem. You will have an exciting opportunity to build mind share and adoption of Rokt’s offerings with key technology platform partners and customers across the following categories: Cloud Alliances, Customer Data Platforms, and Measurement Providers to name a few. Expertise within the AWS ecosystem and a track record in building alliances/sales/partnerships with business and technical teams is preferred.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about building and monetizing strategic relationships with the ability to drive scalable programs in collaboration with external partners and internal teams. The ideal candidate is biased towards building repeatability and scalability through innovation, proactively seeks to improve commercial development achievements and partner experience and is driven to make a measurable impact.
The SMP, Tech Alliances will be tasked with collaborating internally with sales leadership, sales enablement, operations leadership and the product organization to identify and document processes, systems and knowledge sharing.
This role will provide the successful candidate with professional growth, with a real opportunity for career progression and international travel as the company expands globally.
Responsibilities
Relationship Management
- Manage and deepen existing relationships with Rokt’s strategic Technology partners
- Evangelize Rokt across technology partners and continue to establish Rokt as a thought leader within the tech ecosystem
- Collaborate cross functionally with internal teams: sales, marketing, product, and solutions to achieve results
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of partner’s value drivers, economics & business models. And how they integrate with Rokt’s strategy and goals.
Drive Business Outcomes
- Grow pipeline and drive revenue from Rokt’s Strategic Partner ecosystem
- Develop and execute collaborative business plans to achieve mutual goals
- Establish short-term and long-term performance metrics in line with corporate objectives
- Lead partner marketing efforts and develop go-to-market strategies in collaboration with sales and marketing teams (Webinars, Roundtables, Conferences, Events)
Sales Enablement
- Create and improve partner-facing enablement materials and templates
- Increase the productivity of existing partners through strategic planning, consulting and training/enablement sessions
- Act as the point of contact to increase partner knowledge on Rokt’s offering and proactively train partners in our core proposition, new use cases and new platform functionality.
Pipeline Tracking and Reporting
- Identify commercial opportunities across our partner ecosystem using platforms such as Crossbeam and Hubspot
- Create reports, forecast and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to internal and external teams to ensure quarterly targets are met and programs are being optimized.
Requirements
- Proven track record of managing Technology Partnerships and building commercial partner programs autonomously. Experience working with AWS and/or Customer Data Platforms such as Liveramp, mParticle and Segment are a plus.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of how businesses operate within a larger ecosystem.
- Adaptive and agile in a quickly changing environment with competing priorities.
- Strong organizational, project management and problem solving skills.
- Exemplary written and verbal communication skills coupled with unparalleled follow-up skills. Clients and partners have the impression that you listen and understand their problems.

Salary Range: $185,000-220,000 On Target earnings including bonus
