WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Work directly with clients to understand business needs to make proactive channel or strategy recommendations.
  • Combine data analysis and client feedback to develop consultative optimization strategies and provide solutions for client campaigns.
  • Troubleshoot complex platform, campaign, and Ad-Ops issues.
  • Solve advanced technical problems (API solutions, complex discrepancies, and frequency analysis)
  • Identify and successfully use data to promote new strategies that will align with client goals.
  • Work with Product Management to help define features and drive enhancements to The Trade Desk platform.
  • Become an expert on The Trade Desk platform as well as best practices for campaign management.
  • Partner with Account Management and Sales Executives to provide support to clients, including onboarding and optimization trainings.


WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • 3+ years of programmatic marketing and hands-on DSP experience.
  • Client management and relationship building experience.
  • Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective time management skills - ability to prioritize and meet deadlines - self starter
  • Strong quantitative skills and the ability to draw insights from extremely large datasets
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Ability to thrive in a small, intense, and high growth environment

Our Compensation and Benefits ( for NY, CO, CA, and WA residents only)
At the Trade Desk, Base Salary is one part of our competitive total compensation and benefits package and is determined using a salary range. The base salary range for this role is
$77,200 -$141,600
In accordance with NY, CO, CA, and WA law, the range provided is The Trade Desk's reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may differ based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location. All employees may be eligible to become The Trade Desk shareholders through eligibility for stock-based compensation grants, which are awarded to employees based on company and individual performance. The Trade Desk also offers other compensation depending on the role such as sales-based incentives and commissions. Plus, expected benefits for this role include comprehensive healthcare (medical, dental, and vision) with premiums paid in full for employees and dependents, retirement benefits such as a 401k plan and company match, short and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, well-being benefits, reimbursement for certain tuition expenses, parental leave, sick time of 1 hour per 30 hours worked, vacation time for full time employees up to 120 hours thru the first year and 160 hours thereafter, and around 13 paid holidays per year.
