Senior Salesforce Administrator

We’re looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator (SF Admin) to support the growth of Meetup Pro, an exciting new business that will help organizations grow local communities around the world.
Thousands of businesses currently organize Meetups, and many more ask how they can use the Meetup platform to connect with their fans and followers in real life. Meetup Pro helps those organizations transform their audience into a community. We have over 350 customers (including Google Developer Groups, Salesforce, and Wordpress), and are adding more every day. We need a strong candidate to support and scale our sales team and operations which are expected to quadruple this year.
What you’ll get to do in this role:
- Have total ownership of Meetup Pro’s Salesforce system, with a focus on efficiency and data quality
- Ensure our sales and client success teams have the best processes in place, and proactively identify needed system changes
- Interface daily with our sales, client success and marketing teams, providing training, adding system updates, creating reports and promoting adoption
- Keep current on all new releases and AppExchange solutions
- Liaise with external consultants and developers to institute automated system solutions for higher level of data integrity
- Provide sales data to our leadership team, when necessary
- Document company processes, workflows, field maps and build more efficient practices
- Leverage your analytical skills and market insights to create actionable sales strategies
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years of Salesforce administration experience - Salesforce.com Administrator certification required
- Detail oriented self-starter with excellent technical and communication skills
- Strong reporting background, using standard reporting tools including salesforce.com functionality
- Problem solver, utilizing data and software applications
- Proven track record of coordination with cross-functional teams internally and management of external contractors
- Previous re-engineering experience updating an existing Salesforce.com configuration to provide solutions for reporting, workflows and enhanced functions
- Previous experience working for a B2B SaaS company a strong plus
