WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Managing the delivery of the support services provided to the client
  • Ensure the quality of the service meets the agreed standards (SLA)
  • Ensure the implementation of a continuous improvement program
  • Manage the relationship and interaction of the service provision actors, e.g. BRD L1 services, Epam L1 Team, Epam SREs, Epam Incident Mgmt Team and ensure an effective collaboration
  • Manage the relationship with the client, act as an escalation point for the provided services and ensure the client's issues, requirements, etc. are managed to satisfaction
  • Manage and implement a service provision roadmap, in collaboration with the client and the various service providers
  • Ensure proper communication with the client, delivering periodic reports on service delivered, quality, SLAs, ongoing improvement activities, open issues, etc


REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong experience (>5 yrs) in service provision and operations
  • Ability to manage multiple service providers into a collaborative service delivery
  • Strong analytical and abstraction skills
  • Good working understanding of current technologies, (i.e., distributed processing, cloud, Java, webapps, databases, API driven tech, etc.)
  • Ability to interact effectively with senior management (client side)
  • Very good interpersonal and communication skills


NICE TO HAVE

  • Strong experience in IT support delivery, with focus on application support
  • Experience in the financial services, e.g., trading, wealth management
  • Good presentation skills
  • Hands-on team leading experience

ADDITIONAL

  • Depending on the position, EPAM employees may need to work at a client worksite or an EPAM office.
