Meeting your future team:

The Senior Engineering & Product Enablement Manager will own the program management of key strategic enablement programs across our product and engineering teams. 

The Technical Enablement team is responsible for onboarding, ongoing education and change management support for Collibra’s product and engineering teams. Our goal is to provide education through live and self-paced programs that keep our product and engineering teams up to date on the latest technologies, software, applications and processes that Collibra is implementing. In addition to educational programs, we support change management by drafting communications, recording tutorial videos, etc.

Reporting to the Technical Enablement Director, the Senior Technical Enablement Manager, will focus on the continued build out of onboarding programs for engineering and product, including specialized tracks for architecture, design, quality and other teams that support product and engineering.

Senior Engineering & Product Enablement Manager's at Collibra are responsible for:

  • Address all strategic programs with a standard program management methodology, including assessing needs, driving decisions, managing budgets, etc
  • Collaborate with educational engineers, subject matter experts and learning experience consultants to design, build and deliver learning programs 
  • Partner with stakeholders and enablement leads in support of key initiatives, while engaging with stakeholders to gather feedback, share results and validate outcomes to help improve future programs
  • Establish a regular cadence and program management process, relying on core project management skills to drive a repeatable, scalable process for enablement learning on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Create program visibility through written communications, stakeholder engagement, ongoing reporting, and summary presentations

You Have:

  • Experience building global learning programs, from the ground up, and driving cross-functional teams to completion
  • Knowledge of technical training initiatives, that are global and delivered across multiple roles, often tied to company strategic initiatives
  • A passion for, and understanding of, the value of communication, collaboration, transparency and a willingness to operate in ambiguous situations
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with a sense of humor and flexibility to keep multiple stakeholders moving towards a common goal

Measuring Success:

  • Within your first month, familiarized yourself with the product & engineering organization and come up with recommendations to improve onboarding programming
  • Within your third month, implemented proposed changes to onboarding and built out new role and team specific onboarding plans
  • Within your sixth month, you will have fully updated the onboarding programs across all of product and engineering
