The Team:

The training and enablement team is responsible to bring the best world class training products at the forefront for Celonis and it's partners.

The Role:

• As a (Senior) Training Specialist, you’ll become an expert in our innovative Process Mining Technology, giving hands-on training to our partners and customers across the APAC & EMEA regions.
• Based on various use cases of our partners & customers, you consult how to use the EMS to generate value for their own as well as their client organizations.
• To scale our impact, you’ll lead the development and coordination of  customized enablement journeys to empower and certify our partners, focusing on the world’s leading GSIs.
• To further improve our training approach, you’ll engage in quality assurance programs and measure the success/impact of our training. Subsequently, you’ll come up with creative and innovative training methods and apply your key learnings to enhance our training program.
• On top of that, you’ll coordinate training in close collaboration with our partners and create inspiring training materials for our learners. In doing this, you are constantly in touch with colleagues across departments to deliver training targeted to the specific needs of partners in order to stay at the cutting edge of the Celonis Execution Management System.

The qualifications you need:

• Have successfully completed your studies in Information-oriented Business Administration/Economics, Business Informatics, Business Education, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a comparable degree program
• Have gained 5+ years of hands-on experience in creating and delivering training for different stakeholders
• Have experience in working with top GSIs such as Accenture, Cognizant, IBM, Infosys ...
• Have a passion for learning and knowledge transfer and are highly interested in Big Data and Data Analytics
• Are have strong communication skills and enjoy interacting with various stakeholders
• Think analytically, work in a structured manner and quickly comprehend new topics and interrelationships
• Search for a job to think outside the box and continuously broaden your knowledge while having a steep learning curve
• Enjoy evaluating complex data and working with complicated processes
