Position Summary
What You’ll Do
- Manage the day to day operations of the showroom, team scheduling and standards
- Manage operations and processes for all merchandising and stylist showroom requests
- Assist stylist in their appointments as requested
- Ability to host clients when stylist is unable; must have a comfortable and professional level interacting with clients.
- Drive excitement and client engagement, leading to sales and client acquisition, through the planning and merchandising of showroom product
- Act as a senior Moda Ambassador to host showroom client events and activations
- Create opportunities to surprise & delight clients; execute the highest level of bespoke luxury service in the industry and drive Stylist team to execute the same
- Schedule product training for the Stylist team and support to train new Stylists
- Proactively support to develop relationships with local concierges, private residence, private members clubs and other relevant businesses to build Moda brand awareness
- Demonstrate a can-do attitude in every situation to constantly raise the level of service provided and consistently exceed customer expectations
Who You Are
- Must be detailed oriented, organized, and able to multi-task
- Must be flexible and adaptable to ever-changing, fast-paced environment
- Pro-active and able to show initiative/ideas to constantly improve process
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work within a team and with all cross-functional partners
- Willing to execute priorities with a sense of urgency
- Bachelor’s Degree preferably in fashion or merchandising
